Ty’s Mission Statement
It is my sole mission to help as many people as possible to achieve their weight loss goals, using my own success story as a catalyst. At the end of 2008 I had stopped working out and literally ate whatever I wanted to eat in an effort to make myself overweight. In 2009 I put everything, and I mean everything, to practice that I had taught my clients over the previous 11 years. I did this to demonstrate how you can achieve the same degree of results.
When you train with me, I will share all the little tricks and secrets that I learned during that time that can help you to overcome those cravings and to keep you from hitting those terrible plateaus, using a combination of proper diet, hydration, exercise, and rest. I will expose every detail to you so there is no reason for you not to achieve your fitness goal as well.
My hope is that in telling you about my own obstacles I can make your own fitness goals real to you. Many people do not reach their weight loss goals because they don’t believe it is possible, they just can’t make it real enough to themselves to see it through. If you will join me and do what I did, then I promise that you will be well on your way to achieving your goal as well.
