Mission Statement

It is my sole mission to help as many people as possible to achieve their weight loss goals this year by using myself as the example with the daily blogs I entered in 2009.

At the end of 2008 I had stopped working out and literally ate whatever I had wanted to eat in an effort to put myself in the overweight category.

In 2009 I put everything and I mean everything to practice that I had taught my clients over the previous 11 years. I did this to demonstrate how you can achieve the same or similar results.
I shared all the little tricks and secrets that can help you to overcome those cravings and to keep from hitting those terrible plateaus.

I entered all my activities every day on this website in a blog to include diet, hydration, exercise, and rest. I entirely exposed every detail to you so there is no reason for you not to achieve your goal as well.

My mission in doing this myself is to make it real to you. Many people do not reach their weight loss goals because they don’t believe it is possible. They just can’t make it real to themselves enough to see it through. If you will join with me and do what I did, then I promise that you will on your way to acheiving your goal as well.

I am here to help you change your mind about what you think you can’t do or what you think you might fail at.
